If there is a photo, the top of the ticket will say, "Violation Supported by Photographs". The ten-digit ticket number is located at the top left-hand side of the ticket. The first 2 digits of that ticket number are always "91". While entering License Plate Number, please don't include State. Ticket Number (must start with "91") License Plate Number (do not include State or any spaces)
